Extreme weather(rain, wind, mud, or excessive sun) and uneven surfaces may affect photo quality, equipment stability, or our ability to safely operate the Photo Booth or 360 Video Booth. If your event is outdoors, a backup indoor or covered location (e.g., venue space, home, garage, tent, or patio cover) must be arranged at least 1 week in advance. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable upon arrival, we reserve the right to delay or cancel setup. Failure to provide a proper backup location may result in forfeiture of all booking fees.

The local California sales tax rate will be applied to the invoice.
